We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act), and we recognize that individuals have a right to control how their personal information is handled.

Our Privacy Policy describes in detail how we collect, use and disclose your personal information, how you can access and correct your personal information.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal information includes, amongst other things :

• Your name and date of birth;
• contact details and your emergency contact details;
• bank account or credit card details;
• payment history (of payments to Lumina Laser Clinic)
• treatment details;
• before and after photographs;
• medical information (e.g. details of any allergies you may have).

We will not collect any personal information about you without your consent, unless we are required or authorized by law to do so.

We collect your personal information primarily to enable us to provide you with our services and products. We may also use the information to contact you, for marketing purposes, or for any other purpose permitted under the Privacy Act.

You do not need to identify yourself when you deal with us (e.g. to find out more about treatments or products) however in certain situations we will only be able to deal with you if you have identified yourself to us.

We will collect your personal information via:

• a ‘client card’ and or consent form you will need to complete when attending the clinic for a consultation or treatments You are not obliged to provide your personal information to us, however if you do not provide your personal information, we may be unable to provide services or products to you.

When you book an appointment, you are holding a spot In our calendar that is no longer available to others.

Whilst we understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to cancel, postpone or reschedule your appointment, it is YOUR responsibility to notify us of changes.
